Stepping up my meal prep game this week! I only have a 4 day school week due to today being a pupil free day so this is what’s in store for my school lunches this week! The four matching containers are brocolli, chicken breast, sweet potato and brown rice, the macros for these meals are: 290 cal, 7.5g fat, 38g carbs and 19g protein. I am also taking some salads made from baby spinach, cucumber, carrot, pea sprouts and alfalfa which I will pair with a can of lemon and pepper tuna! (There are only 3 because I didn’t know how well the salads would last in the fridge and didn’t want to freeze any so I’ll make a fresh one Thursday night to take with me aswell). Then to top it off I’ll be taking a little mandarin to eat also! Pretty keen for the lunches this week! 🙌☺️
